Chris-Thanks for the reply. I had picked up much of that from posting on a couple of different boards but glad someone got the whole story. We'll just see.

By the way, 10% quarterly growth adds up to 40+% annually. So I must be missing something hear. I'm going to see if I can sit down and figure out what 20 people would add to their base cost (and therefore reduce their margin). Let you know.
