I don't feel like there is a desperate need to do a reverse split at this time. The company is nearing profitability... revenues are increasing exponentially...the company has generated considerable media interest for a microcap company. There are now more than 3000 shareholders compared to 1000 not too long ago so the word is getting out slowly but surely... as the company goes into profitability there will be no need to distribute additional shares in lieu of cash payments, etc as cash flow should begin to be sufficient for day to day activities. A reverse split solely for the purpose of raising the price and lowering the number of shares can only hurt the existing shareholders. As revenue continues to increase and profitability is attained the price of the shares should rise on its own. New partnerships, new patents being announced, etc should also increase the price in the short to mid-term... A 25 -1 reverse split at this time would be devastating and unnecessary... Even with the number of shares currently outstanding....the company is nearing positive EPS... If I were the company, I wouldn't even consider a reverse split until profitability is in the bag...major announcements are gaining more media and stockholder attention...by that time if a reverse split is done it would not be anywhere near 25 -1 and should only be done in conjunction with some major announcement (not solely to get listed on Nasdaq). (Thanks Jon for that insight) I'd rather have 25000 shares of a profitable company selling for .20cts than a 1000 shares at $5.00 of a company that is not yet profitable... I'm willing to be patient and let USTT make my shares worth substantially more on there own merit than by jacking with the number of shares...
