Freddie, Granted, point well taken, however, does that make it a good investment?

It will take another month to figure it out(if '97's show up on time), in the mean time all that can be said is it was bleeding heavily going into '97. The second point is that probably a lot of shares were issued to float the company and the status of any draws on the $12-25 million line of credit is uncertain.

Remember, they indicated '96 was profitable, as were subsequent periods. Ahhhhhhh the pain of truth.
