Marcos, in response to one item you mentioned I can tell you that the initial delinquency should not be blamed on anyone but the company, John did claim responsibility for Steppe on that count. He then did make sure that things got rolling and was given a time frame, by the auditors, in which to expect a completed report. This time frame was NOT met, John gave no indication that it was anything he had direct control over at this point. Just FYI. Salut, Leigh McBain
