Bill: In regard to that "other" company and the post from their PR person. It was definitely a class response. It begs the question - should other companies follow suit and post updates and responses on SI and elsewhere. I know we'd both love to have instantaneous information and clarification, especially during these seemingly interminable wait states. However, as much as I loved the response from Company XXXX, I'm sure using such forums are not devoid of some downsides. Any thoughts? Wally PS - I gumshoed my way to the real company.
