Two decisions overturned in nearly as many months!!! This is awful for Judge Jackson's carrer.

And how, exactly, has the legal Mind of Reg(TM) determined that it's awful for Judge Jackson's carrer(sic)? On this particular decision, Jackson seemed to be following the letter of the law, as well as its spirit, as near as I can tell. You want to explain how Bill's buddies on the appeals panel decided the law didn't mean what it says? I guess it's another one of those "judicial restraint" things, where you're restrained when you feel like it, but you rewrite the law when you don't like it.

Of course, Jackson had stated he didn't particularly like this law either, but he decided he had to follow it. How unlike Bill and pals. Now the proceedings will go forward in secret, and all we'll here is the Microsoft leaks. Sort of like some other current, supposedly secret legal proceedings.

Cheers, Dan.
