You are obviously have good information from the inside, I know by several of the comments you have made over the last couple of years. I will let the "stupid" remark go and not flame the crap out of you. You know I'm right on the money. As for calling Dallas, I think it is the dammed right of every share holder to know what the hell is going on. If the deal is made my friend, I want to make sure that I get my money's worth. I want to see this roll out take place under the ACTV name and the stock valued at what the patents are actually worth. Samuals valued the company at one billion dollars, I would say that's very conservative. This demo in New York is being done in conjunction with TCI. Will they take part in the marketing effort too ? Malone has big plans for our technology, what is the ultimate market value? Put a number on it if you can.

As for the stock movement at this point, the game has not even started yet. Wall Street does not know we exist. We should be right up there with Yahoo and Amazon, but we're not. You seem to understand the play better that anybody on the board, with the exception of RC of course, explain to me why we are at the price level we're at at this point in time.
