BEAS reiterates acquisition strategy - real data provided!

I believe that BEAS will be looking to buy!
Quote from earnings release (REAL DATA):

from COLEMAN - CEO of BEAS,

"The $250 million convertible debt offering provided financing
that will enable us to continue executing on our plan to
be the driving force in the consolidation of the middleware
industry."

consolidation means mergers and acquisitions !!!!
WHO's next??

Who will they buy?? What areas are they weak at and
which company would provide not only a good fit,
but more bang for the buck?

Last quarter they bought two companies (NOTE: this is data! AGAIN!):

7/21 Entersoft :gains 23 employees with extensive
sales, development, and professional services
expertise with enterprise middleware
5/20 NCR's TOP END Enterprise MW Product family

Convertable debt offerings:
7/7 $50 million at 4% conv. notes
6/9 $200 Million Private Offerings of 4% conv. notes
6/5 " BEA Systems will offer $150 million worth of bonds
in the coming week, a large investor in the middleware
company told CBS.MarketWatch.com. "

They have a history of getting cash and going shopping!

I would say that by looking at recent data:
making earnings expectations, collecting valuable pieces,
and other growth strategies BEAS is implementing will make
it hard for BEAS to get to $15. Their next quarter is suppose
to be much better than 0.07! If it will be much better than
0.07, that should not make them trend down to $15!
They made 0.07 this last quarter and they made 0.06 the
previous quarter (look, MA data!). The consensus for the
year is .36. That would mean that they would have to have
a quarter that is much better than 0.07! I wouldn't bet
on $15 when looking at DATA!
