How big were the other broker firms compared to Empire? What was the criteria. How many people were surveyed? How were they surveyed.? You may want to scrutinize the surveyor. Don't take such surveys at face value. Its a nasty world out there, and money greases many hands. Just who are the "surveyors". How long have they been doing surveys? What were the demographics? Just want to show another side of the coin.
