Paunch, I have e-mailed IPM many times.
Included was my full name, home address and phone number.
Back in Feb of this year I entered a request on their web site
asking for investment stuff.
In each of my inquiries I mentioned myself as holding ipmcf.
So far I have received zero e-mail, US mail, telephone call from IPM.
You mentioned receiving e-mail from IPM so I assume its because
of the shareholders share pledge and law suit and your telephone
contact with IPM. With you posting on this thread that you received
an e-mail from IPM, and myself and most likely many other shareholdes
not receiving e-mail, if it will not damage the current activies you
and the others are doing, then I ask that you please post onto this
thread a copy if it. If it was somewhat private, then better not to.
The fact that IPM has contacted you is ofcourse good even tho the
content may or may not be good or clear as to a purpose. Once again,
I have no contact with IPM Company or any of its employees.
I'am on my way to the Maxam thread and hope Mr. Dale Runyon has taken
steps to acknowledge my recent posts on that thread. If not, then time
for Mr. Runyon to read a post from me that may cause him to ask the
question "got milk" where milk, taste sour, like lawyer.
