To respond to your points in turn:

1) AOL has just spent alot of buck to upgrade their hardware so
accomadating new users should be no problem.

2) Honestly I don't know how great the upgrade effected them financialy.

3) AOL just restructured their billing it's now (for all customers who want it) 20$ a month, a flat fee.

Finally Greg, I read in a computer world mag. one of the december issues (I think) that AOL gets about 2.1 mil new users a year and loses 1.4 of those (mostly due to cheaper competition) the new
billing practices should lower the turn over sinificatly.
