OK, here's my take on this; It's obvious none of the major
names plan (or planned) to be here for whatever the next
day or days have in store for trading. They don't want the
main leader aliases to be present during the price slide
because it will be a lot easier to stall and therefore delay
panic.

Once it was outlined that the major (players') absence was pending,
certs called in, and price slide starting, the decision was made
to bring one back as a kind of rear guard action against the
revelations. I'm not sure this is short-term or if other aliases
will be activated. It's obvious though that they are rattled.
