do you know if ADI, LSI and NSM are fab or fabless chip makers?

It seems to me that fabless chip makers should benefit from a cut throat low cost environment. If they are doing badly, then the demand has to be a big problem for them not to take advantage of low cost.

On the other hand, if they have fabs, then the likelihood of them increasing cap exp seems rather unlikely under current circumstances.

Now combine above with July btb, the picture sure doesn't look good.
