Ian - Your Bipolar DRIVEL.

Intel used BiCMOS in 1992 - before the Loser Exponential Company was even founded.

In fact, Intel is one of the only companies to succeed at high volume, high density complex BiCMOS production with their Pentium and Pentium Pro processors.

Exponential WAS a COMPLETE FAILURE. Never sold one CPU.

Not one.

Nada. Zilch.

Patents only cost about $2000 per copy.

Did you ever stop to think that Intel may have a patent or two in their portfolio?

By the way - to further illustrate your DRIVEL, Intel dropped the Bipolar part of their process in early 1997 - and is making pure CMOS on all their newer devices.

Merced will be pure CMOS.
