In response to your questions of why a move up in the stock.

First of all this stock is a long ways from its high.

Second Mark Schultz did not mention this stock BEFORE it started moving higher. Mark tends to hype a stock that is already on the move not one that is going nowhere.

Third if anyone had been paying any attention to the press releases made by the company. THIS IS THE BIG ONE.... The company said in its last realease that they expected earnings of .25 per share for 1996 and .75 per share for 1997. I believe the only reason to buy this company or any other one is because of earnings. This forcast by the way was from the company president not some third party trying to hype the stock.

Also about tax loss selling, one strategy to use here is to first double up on the shares you own and then sell the shares with the higher basis after waiting 30 days. This will protect you from the
price going up.
