Would someone explain to me why EricssonAB would rally by 54% buy announcing a buyback plan but TBR is down 3%. I know they arent directly correlated but some people recognize the value of telecommunications in Brazil. These stubs are controlled by non Brazilian entities now, I would think they might have at least similar value????? I know this a bit of a reach but this is kind of strange no?? Any ideas?>
