DGIV QUESTIONERS AND BASHER'S A-TO-Z FAQ Version 1.0

Rather than repeatedly answer the same questions and comments over and over, here is a quick reference guide for DGIV's questioners and bashers. Serious questioners should go to the DGIV Information thread for much more detailed answers to the serious questions. Those with a short attention span, or bashers, can just use this FAQ. This pretty much summarizes everything we have been hit with since last March.

I suggest not replying in detail to future bashers, instead just give them a letter reference to this FAQ. Thanks to all who have provided answers, and feel free to add to this if I have missed any questions or bashes.

A. DGIV does not meet H.323 protocols for VoIP communications, and does not support open standards.
Reply: Yes it does. Check the Natural Microsystems Fusion gateway and Nortel 205 switch standards. They are fully compliant, and are used internationally. The Nortel switch is used in 2/3 of US long distance traffic.

B. DGIV equipment will not interface properly with local telephone systems overseas.
Reply: Yes it will. DGIV uses Natural Microsystems Fusion gateways. These are ISO9002 qualified for quality, are already in 40 countries, and have won recognition as the state of the art hardware for these applications. Furthermore, DGIV is devoting sufficient time for dedicated testing of these platforms before they are turned over for commercial applications.

C. DGIV has no money
Reply Wrong. What is not known, until financials come out, is how much money they have. But if they have no money, how did they pay for the state of the art NMSS and Nortel equipment? How did they pay for the state of the art Oracle accounting software they are installing? How have they been paying their employees for several years, and how are they establishing offices in many overseas locations without money?

D. DGIV can't compete with the major telcos
Reply DGIV is not trying to compete with them. They are entering joint ventures and cooperative agreements with small international telcos that are being deregulated by their governments. The large telcos have problems getting into some of these countries, while DGIV goes in early and signs win-win contracts with them.

E. DGIV can't compete with (your favorite hardware manufacturer)
Reply: DGIV is not trying to compete with hardware manufacturers. They are establishing an international VoIP network, signing partnering and cooperative contracts with regional telcos and ISPs. They are not into selling boxes, but do some hardware design and will buy boxes from the best in the business, such as Nortel and NMSS.

F. DGIV is betting its future on Mordovia, Indonesia, or (fill in latest country having problems)
Reply: Wrong. DGIV is a multinational corporation operating in thirteen countries (to date) in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America, and and Australia. Some of these countries will be having problems at one time or another. This does not keep multinationals from going in and bottom fishing, and establishing themselves while it is a buyer's market. DGIV is exploiting this opportunity, as well as going into strong markets such as Germany. But if this bothers you, stick with U.S. stocks and hope foreigners don't pull out their money when their economies recover.

G. DGIV had a negative review in "Stock Detective," so it must be bad.
Reply: DGIV had positive articles in the Wall Street Journal, Internet Week, Stock of the Month, and was mentioned on CNBC by the CEO of Natural Microsystems. Choose whom to believe. Better yet, do your own DD and believe in yourself.

H. The ruble devaluation will kill DGIV
Reply: Wrong. DGIV is a multinational corporation, operating in Europe, Middle East, Asia, South America, and Australia. Currency devaluations will pressure people to use less expensive communications to call the U.S., which is what DGIV will provide.

I. DGIV is non-reporting, and is still an OTC-BB stock
Reply: True, which is why it is still a risky stock. We expect this to be corrected soon, but then DGIV will no longer be a bargain.

J. DGIV will never report, or file financials.
Reply: How do you know? Why are they installing the latest Oracle data base tools, training their employees on how to use and update financial reports, and preparing an SB-10 unless they were planning to report and provide financials? But if you are a conservative investor, you should never invest in any non-reporting stock. Instead, wait until they report and then decide.

K. DGIV sucks. It is not as good a stock as ___ (fill in your favorite stock).
Reply: So go buy ___ and let's compare where we are at the end of the year.

L. DGIVis only going into rural areas, not where the population is
Reply: Wrong. DGIV is going in the major population centers, such as Tokyo, Sydney, Jakarta, Potsdam, Cairo, and others.

M. DGIV is heading South
Reply: Yes, to Argentina, Brazil, and who knows where else?

N. DGIV price has come down from $8
Reply: Yes, but it is still up over 700% from its low in February, and has been basing for two months.

O. DGIV did not get a $1M payment they were expecting in June, or __ (fill in your favorite financial shortfall)
Reply: How do you know? DGIV is non-reporting. Wait until financials are out.

P. Should I buy (sell) DGIV?
Reply: The fact that you ask that question means that you are not ready to buy DGIV or any penny stock. Do your own DD, make your own conclusion, and come join us if you wish, whatever you choose to do. If you want someone to tell you how to invest, buy a mutual fund or get a professional stock broker for advice.

Q. DGIV's price goes down even when good news come out, so it must be bad.
Reply: This happens a lot with OTC-BB companies, because the bid/ask is controlled by MMs who try to control the price to buy back shares they may have shorted. This is especially true when fundamentals increase, and there is more buying than selling, yet the price goes down. All of this will end when DGIV gets listed, but by that time it will no longer be a bargain.

R. DGIV is a scam
Reply: Read all the DGIV news releases, read the Wall Street Journal, Internet Week, and other publications that have highlighted DGIV, speak with DGIV management, read the DGIV Info thread, call their PoP locations in Indonesia, Germany, and elsewhere, research the technology, call NMSS engineers, and speak with others in the industry as we have, and then decide for yourself. DGIV has been in business for over three years, and has been under the most intense public scrutiny since March. If it is a scam it would have been found out long ago. However, anything might be a scam unless you run it yourself, including the Social Security system, so give yourself a paranoia check and then decide what to do with your own money.

S. Liberty Capital was promoting DGIV, so DGIV must be bad.
Reply: Read the Wall Street Journal, and you will see that DGIV ended their relationship with Liberty Capital months ago, as well as some other information and allegations about that PR firm. Their current PR firm is World Vision.

T. All you guys ever talk about is bunny slippers and stuff like that.
Reply: Yeah, we love to have fun, because many of us have become friends on the thread. But check out the Info thread and read through through all these posts, and you will see more DD on DGIV than on any other OTC-BB company.

U. You are promoters.
Reply: Yep, we promote our stock because we own it and believe in its prospects. But we are not paid, we are just individual investors. It would not be smart to invest in a stock we did not believe in.

V. You are Pump and Dumpers.
Reply: We have been here since March, and have stayed through all of DGIV's ups and downs. Strange behavior for Pump and Dumpers.

W. You are hypsters.
Reply: No, we are individual investors who have done DD and believe in our investment, so we like to talk about it , answer honest questioners, and defend it against bashers. If we are wrong, we only lose our own money. If we are right, we will make a lot of money.

X. You are all the same person posting under the same name
Reply: I am schizo and so am I

Y. You are foreign agent operatives working for third world dictatorships.
Reply: You haven't been taking your pills lately, have you?

Z. You are "racketeers."
Reply: And your mother wears combat boots. Both statements have the same degree of validity, except the latter has a chance of being true. So do you have a question?
