Tom, recollection from an earlier post was the ericsson already had a majority interest, and is now buying non-voting shares up to either 80 or 90%. Its as if the recent privatization purchasers decided to go into the mkt and buy up another 30-40% of the babybras. Perfectly logical reaction in the present climate when a foreign entity with cash comes into the mkt to buyback stock at a premium. Don't think it strange at all, thought depressing.
Certainly hope Fred Levine will post something ridiculously optimistic just for the psychological pop!!!
