John, regarding the volume, could be a fluke also. I've seen occasional days of over 1 million shares traded. I suspect today was more short covering than anything...the question is what provoked it. I bet BS spooked the shorts with one of the first published reports suggesting the potential for a buyout. FWIW, August short interest 7,172,117 down from July 9,144,403. I think this may be the lowest level we've seen in a while. viwes.com sf
