I stand corrected. The value is $2M in stock on 435,000 shares so maybe he would sell all of Taylor Rig. See my post 1527 and Leigh's subsequent posts about earnings needed on this amount of shares to realize any good earnings value for WRN stockholders. If Leigh's analysis is right, then it seems that WRN will be forced to sell off SkyTex shares to generate shareholder value from the Taylor Rig acquisition. Wonder what's up Mark's sleeve? ;>)
