Make sure you have all information about the business, the competitors and the potential impact, you can make this up also.
Make sure that you utilize technology effectively, or make some up.
The profit potential should be based on current technologies, technology matters, or you could make some up.
The larger a percentage of the population reached, the greater the impact on revenue, or you could just pick a segment of the population to pick on.
