Your right about it being a shell but the rest sounds like a different stock. The only person left in the shell was Jack Arnold. Shareholders took Jack to court after the reverse split and 2 reg s financing deals. As far as I know the merger with the tire company is off and the new CVIA board is trying to get the money back fron the second reg s deal.
