Fellow P&Fer's: Ever heard of Eugene Peroni? Read about him at cbs.marketwatch.com. My understanding is -- he's a P&F chartist in the tradition of Wycoff, deVillers and Whellan. This is the grampa of P&F and is a very different animal than Cohen's end of day high low read only with 3 box reversals.
