Is this the same jpmac who participated in an archy, the cockroach, and mehitabel, the cat, typewriter tableau many moons ago? If so, wow! I just got lashed by penni on attitudes about semantics. I had said semantics schmentantics! And she said, how other, how else, can we communicate - except by agreeing upon our terms.. (I pushed the kitty over to her, as she had won.) The point you make is flawless, about the status of various heros. A doughboy diving over a trench to blot out a machine gun emplacement is without doubt a hero. But not the hero penni was talking about. She's into this mythology gunk. And on her grounds, despite how perceptive your point may be, it just don't hunt. George
