Most of these posts are not about RMIL, they are about other things, I have trouble figuring it all out, so many off topic posts.

The latest iteration of the B52, the B52-H has a service ceiling of 47,000 feet when armed for combat. So let us not say they can fly at 60,000 feet.
Most bombs are fairly ineffective if dropped from 47,000 feet and bomb runs are often much lower.
The B52-H, one of a long line of developments in the Stratofortress was not available to be used when the Israelites were captives in Egypt. For more complete information, here is a link
