Won't be Chapter 11.They have cash for 3 months and if they get paid by East Damm people they have plenty.If November comes and no contract is signed they will borrow some money to keep it going until the German deal is done. I gamble with 20% of my portfolio,IDMC represents a part of that 20% so if it goes to $1 tomorrow it doesn't bother me.The first time I bought this stock was at $0.875 back in Feb 1997.Unlike you,I believe the deals are real it's just a matter of wether they can close them or not.There's no scam.
