Not to stick my nose where it doesn't belong, but before you start throwing stones at Andrew you might want to check out this post: Message 5428764 I can see how something like this might make him a little gun shy. (Please correct me, Andrew, if this isn't the misinterpretation you're referring to, and I'll consider myself duly squelched.) Regarding Ubeam, I haven't heard much about it, good or bad, from UTEK. That's a little odd, given that it was the shooting star of the company this time last year. I do know that Canon gave up on the (formerly Lepton) technology after three years and fairly vast sums of money: bringing out a tool that can compete with ETEC is a little more complicated than just asking Art Z. to wave his magic wand.
