Check with the FDA. It will take a simple letter to the FOIA officer requesting information about the agency's investigation of Linda and Richard Grable and their marketing of their company's "Lintroscan" breast scanner.

If my copy of the FDA documents were clear enough to scan, or if there were not so much to type, I'd post key parts of the the material here myself.
