MAC has no benefit in stalling. At worst, we can stare at each other across the table until the cows come home. It doesn't get them a bigger piece of the pie, nor does it get them a return on their investment. They have an investment as do we, and it does not serve them any benefit to stonewall. It doesn't cost MGR anything to sit and watch. Right now, we are trying to assist in MAC's sale of their share, but it is their decision. Because it is completely in their domain now, MGR is looking at their other business interests. It's tough to do anything in this market, but we have a few things we're working on. All projects that we are looking at or expanding into have to come with their own financing in place. These projects do exist, and we are looking at a few. Dave
