Bill, I am not sure that Clinton is/was that bad. At least he was willing to do nothing. I am disappointed with him as well as the press. On the eve of the '96 elections, they both agreed that "character doesn't count". They both agreed that we didn't have to worry about Social Security either. Clinton keeps changing his mind, but that is actually one of his few good qualities. Flexible enough not to tip the boat (our nation) over. - John
