I though it was a neat movie. Others thought it was schlockey.

You'd have to count me as one who thought it was schlockey, but mildly entertaining nonetheless.

The Taco Bell thing was just background. Story was about an LA cop who gets frozen and thawed out 76 years later to find LA a paradise where the air and land are clean, everyone is friendly and all restaurants are Taco Bell.

I thought the Taco Bell thing was funny, but I'm afraid I found the vision of Blade Runner to be much more believable as our future Los Angeles. As if my name on SI wasn't evidence of that already. :)
