Perhaps you could figure it out before you go preaching. Who knows, somebody reading your post might actually believe you and go say or do something equally dumb...

Your quoted article merely says that Exponential filed patents before Intel filed Merced-specific patents. That is all it says. The rest is total speculation on the part of the author. In fact there is no claim that the author even knows anything about the content of either patents.

Rest assured that Intel (and HP) own Merced technology.
