EMPTY SHELL company. SFST...Starfest From what I understand, this company has 4 mil shares outstanding, and approximately 2.5m to 3m shares in its float. I was also told that there is $300,000 in debt and that some of it had been negotiated in the past few months with a company who wanted to take them over, but was not able to negotiate the total amount of debt, so the deal fell through recently. If anyone is interested in this shell, please contact me via Email and I will give the name and number of the officer to speak to who was the original founder of this company. This officer told me he has approximately 550,000 shares, he resides in Palm Springs, California, and from what I understand there is only one other officer in the company who owns shares, and the amount is probably around 500,000 shares also. There is one MM on this stock, from what I was told, and the stock has traded recently if you will look at the historical charts in the past several months. Bid .015 and Ask .035 terra33513@aol.com
