I heartily endorse your suggestion of buying BOTH I* and G* and in fact I have more or less equal money invested in both. Like you, I figure I basically have no way of knowing which of these two companies will win out in the end but I am convinced that whichever one of them does win will basically become the telephone company for the world! Rather than take a chance and back the wrong horse, I figure, as you apparently do, that whatever I lose on one will be dwarfed by the profits I make on the other.

As we get closer and closer to actual service, however, I am gradually beginning to think that buying both is even smarter than I thought because I am beginning to conclude that BOTH systems will work and there will actually be enough demand for the service that BOTH may be able to operate profitably. That, of course, would be the best of all possible outcomes!
