Not Flaming, but I just don't understand. Are you really the new self appointed crusader, or are you just some pissed off old lady who lost money on a stock because you didn't do your homework?
Please help to enlighten me, as this is so confusing it is nauseating. (or at least I think it's the confusion that nauseates me...)

As far as Dusty siding with Dan Fisher that's ridiculous their is nothing that indicates so in her posts.

(1) Pennsylvania Securities Bulletin - June 1997 located at state.pa.us (note that there is a "_" between "PA" and "Exec" that doesn't show up as part of this message when it is published); and
(2) Field of Schemes - List of Defendants in FTC Cases located at ftc.gov.

Oh Please. Will someone please give me just a little break??
First of all, a complaint does not a wrong-doing make. LOL...Being in the insurance business, I get sued all the time. Seems that every time a claim is denied, I get sued for bad faith. I think it like 30 something times last year.
Unfortuantely, in American society these days, it has become the custom that when somebody pisses you off, you sue them, or lodge a formal complaint against them. Too funny.
Just because someone launches a complaint, it does not mean that a wrongdoing has taken place. Most times, it is just the opposite.
Heck, I hope nobody feels the need to crawl up my backside with a microscope as they have Mr. Fisher's. God only knows WHAT they would find.
As we say in politics, if you don't already have a past, get ready, someone will make one up for you. I guess it is true with investing too. Everytime someone is doing well, there is some pathetic loser out there who cannot accept the fact that good things come to others, and they have to try to make something ugly of it.
My questions to you TMB, are threefold. #1)What did Mr. Fisher do to piss you off #2) Do you have a position in this company, and #3) Do you have any skeletons in your closet?

Back then you were a big Dan Fisher fan. TMB came on with some factual information and you as well as others flamed him to oblivian without taking the time to check it out. Let me tell you something what kind of crapola management was this shell comprised of anyway............. You would think they would have had the brains to check this out back than. If they did they would have found out that there were a few lawsuits filed against Mr. Fisher AS WELL AS ARCONENERGY. In the following case number ARCONENERGY was being sued take a look at the date;
2/23/98 98-CV-461 was filed
Know take a look at the DATE WHEN TMB made his post 5/12/98. So why did no one in management do some checking. They were well aware of this post. If it was checked out much of the losses could have been avoided but you and others flamed him off SI.
98-CV-461 was filed on 02-23-98 against Mr. Fisher AND ARCONENERGY for $910,000.00 plus interest and attorney fees;
ARCONENERGY was served on 2/26/98 and an answer due was 3/18/98
I noticed on Garys Web Site he left out ARCONENERGY don't you think it has some importance. I find it hard to believe that Mr. Fisher was the only one in the Company that was aware of this since ARCONENERGY (THE COMPANY) WAS BEING SUED.
Also their was other suites filed prior to this date against Fisher as well as Judgements.............. All one had to do was check out his credit and they would have seen the Judgements. One was well over 2 Million dollars if thats not a red flag I don't know what is. Now Dusty is gone..... What do you want posting here anyway yes people with no brains. Also this conspiracy theory with Jim, Dusty and now probably me is ridiculous.... Like I said you are either being played like a fiddle or your downright in denial of what is transpiring in regards to many within this shell.
