Rande, Maybe you can clear something up for me. Nowhere did it say Mark Pierce was an officer of CNHH. He was their legal counsul. And even if he was involved as an officer of both companies, so what? I know of people that are on the board of directors of more than one company. That doesn't mean a thing. Ernie. P.S. I do find some points to look at in your posts and I will reply after looking at the rest of the filings and news releases concerning them.
