USAA, Nationsbank, US West, MCI... Although not in the US, Connectivity in Canada has a few premise customers live and a few NSP-based customers live as well. I have spoken to the buyer at USAA who was very bullish on Genesys' stuff and have spoken to one of the managers at Connectivity, again bullish. As an aside, I have a friend in Andersen Consulting in London who told me that they are working with Genesys quite a bit in their call center practice, which is booming. His main focus is Siebel so he really was not able to elaborate on the Genesys work and which sites are live.
