Terry et al - Does anyone want to discuss the merits of actions that we, as a class of stockholders, can take? I don't know what our recourse is, but I would like to explore it. There seems little point in going back and rehashing the past, but documenting the damage done to the stockholders by the Board of Directors, Lon Stone and other management personnel for their personal gain would appear to me, a novice, to be a dereliction of fiduciary responsibility. Davis..you are strangely quiet. Shero...you are angry, but evasive on this issue. Someone out there must know if there is something we can do...and how to begin the process.
