The spectre of litigation against a thread contributor was brought up by our Mr. Beemer. But far more interesting would be the legal issues surrounding the valuation and transfer of the technology. Chad, could you discuss that transaction in greater detail? I'd be fascinated to hear more about how the valuation was fairly determined at arm's length, and in the best interests of the shareholders. Explaining THAT would be an appropriate way to quell the naysayers, eh? John
