I have to disagree with you here El. The downgrade is in relation to valuation and risk ratios not earnings. CPQ's upside and growth dwarf the risk here. I think you'll see quite a bit of semi money being rolled into the boxmakers. If you look at the boxmakers....CPQ is certainly best positioned to take advantage here. If CPQ was trading at 25-30 P/E, I might be a little concerned. Sit back and watch as CPQ steams ahead.
