Ericy persuing ASND ???? Any thoughts ?? Since my return to the US, I have read that Ericy was interested in Ascend - no doubt because of their Remote Access and ATM products. The attached link seems to indicate that Lucent is taking aim at Ascend with this product, and probably will not be interested in gobbling up Ascend. exchange2000.com Lucent's press releases (this week) indicate that Lucent is taking aim at both Ericy and Cisco as well. When will Ericy get serious, and continue to concentrate on buying Ascend ?? For the record, I also own Ascend, Lucent, and Cisco. Regards, Mardy.
