You got that right, it must be the MM revenge, I bet they were screwed as well when Charles worked his magic.
I have been in contact with the SEC and other agencies, I am throwing everything I have at them regarding Mr. Charles. He wants to go around rapping investors by doing these Reg. S and reverse splits, I am going to do all I can to draw attention to him. All he is doing is transferring Investors $$$ to himself. Jack mentioned that Pat Charles claimed he was subject to many threats as a result of his stock market activities. He certainly has a nasty track record, and trust me, I am making the SEC aware of it. That money he took from CVIA is going to be the worst deal he ever made. I wonder if the group that bought the first Reg. S has any ties to Charles and I wonder if the Reg. S money went to them to help offset their losses. There are many questions I want the SEC to investigate, trust me, my letters got some attention. I have responses from Congressmen, Senators, Attorney Generals, SEC and more. We may have control of the company, but there is still unfinished business.
