EL..Seems to me Kurlak has missed the call as many times as he has been right.

08:41 ET Kurlak Slams Chips, Again: Merrill Lynch chip guru Tom Kurlak lowers
long-term rating on Intel from "attractive" to "neutral" and reduces long-term view on
Texas Instruments (TXN) from "buy" to "attractive." Says that though there is a shortage
of low-end chips, this lower margin business does not compensate for the glut of
high-end chips still in the channel. Kurlak has been correct on his call that fundamentals
of chip makers, particularly Intel, are
lousy and only getting worse. Unfortunately, for Mr. Kurlak, the market has not
concerned itself with fundamentals and have driven
INTC shares higher.
