I have a call into this attorney Kogan with the lawsuit to see if he'll talk about it. He'll be back in the office in an hour. I happened to ask Jack about this lawsuit last time I talked to him -- it was the same day that Janice had posted the lawsuit on the thread. First his response was "another lawsuit, who's suing me now?" Then when I gave the parties name, he said "Oh that was about a lawsuit where I loaned my son some money, but it's been settled." I didn't really swallow that but I figured it didn't have a whole lot of relevance at that point so I didn't press him for more information. Be interesting to find out the real story. I'll post if the attorney returns my phone call.
