What a crock. DJN Steve Frank and company purportedly "breaking the story" on IPO penalty bid. How do you 'break' a story that is established and well known industry practice for over 15 years? I hope this isn't indicative of a trend in trying to make CNBC/DJN the "source" of news. Have to admit that I'm getting to the point of wanting another street-news choice. Maybe FOX Financial News? Rupert?
