'I was talking to some of the Northern Virginia surviva.... uh, Y2K
preparedness people and summer 1999 came up as a drop dead date for
getting any and all supplies. One of the nutca... er, researchers said
that after that date there would not be any generators available at any
price. It would be like Florida after the hurricane or New England
after the ice storm. Which doesn't quite seem right.
