Agree with your math from AMAT's perspective. However, I suspect Papken der T. also is fairly good at arithmetic. To the extent that he has any control, I doubt that he'd sell the SVGL asset for a 100% premium of current stock price.

i.e. Current price is less than 70% of book last time I checked.
