Doug, you are correct about the onshore drilling. I was speaking from the offshore segment viewpoint. Drilling for natural gas might be a whole different ballgame also.

I disagree on the years timeframe on the offshore stuff. I think we are seeing the dayrates contract because projects have been delayed and there is excess capacity available. That did not take years to come about. I'm thinking months.
