I'm in at 12 7/8 but don't know for how long. VLSI is down to an important support level, getting dragged down with the rest of the SOX today. The SOX has support between 243 and 247 and it's currently trading at 249.98 with a low of 248.47. If the SOX rallies, VLSI should rally with it. BTW, I saw a 50,000 buy at 13; probably the company buying more stock is my guess.
