Steve, What is the point U are trying to make ? I buy stock based on my DD which includes talking to the company, IR and Message boards on SI & YHOO. What else an individual investor can do ? Besides, If the company COO or CEO happens to lie and if your investment goes down bigtime, What is wrong in sueing the company ? Just now got off phone with AETI's COO. He said tomorrow if not monday they will make a public statement regarding lawsuit dismissal. Despite AETI won several contracts including providing encryption software to Vancouver stock exchange, this stock is NOT GOING UP because of the LAWSUIT.
